Nursing Superintendent
Minimum qualifications
- BSc Nursing — recognised university
- Registered Nurse & Registered Midwife (RNRM) — valid NMC/SNC registration
- Minimum 5 years post-qualification clinical experience
- NICU experience preferred
Key responsibilities
- Overall supervision and management of all nursing staff — wards, NICU, PICU and emergency
- Roster planning, shift management and duty allocation across all units
- Maintaining nursing standards, protocols and documentation
- Orientation, training and mentorship of junior nurses and ward staff
- Patient care quality monitoring — nursing assessments, vital monitoring, medication administration and care plans
- Liaison between medical team and nursing staff for clinical decisions
- Inventory and indent management for nursing consumables, medications and equipment
- Infection control, hand hygiene and biomedical waste management protocol compliance
- Nursing audits and incident reporting
- Handling patient and family concerns escalated to nursing leadership
- NICU nursing — neonatal monitoring, feeding protocols, thermoregulation, oxygen therapy

- Medical Director — Dr. Raman Kumar
हिन्दी में — नर्सिंग अधीक्षक
- BSc नर्सिंग — मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से
- RNRM — वैध NMC/SNC पंजीकरण
- न्यूनतम 5 वर्ष का नैदानिक अनुभव
- NICU अनुभव को प्राथमिकता
- सभी नर्सिंग स्टाफ का पर्यवेक्षण — वार्ड, NICU, PICU एवं आपातकाल
- रोस्टर, शिफ़्ट एवं ड्यूटी आवंटन
- नर्सिंग मानकों एवं दस्तावेज़ीकरण का रखरखाव
- कनिष्ठ नर्सों का प्रशिक्षण एवं मार्गदर्शन
